1. Who we are
IT Tech Match ("ITTM", "we", "us") is an IT recruitment and staff augmentation business founded by Maciej Wnuk, operating from Poland. Contact: hello@ittechmatch.com.
2. What data we collect
We collect and process personal data that you provide voluntarily through our website forms (Hire With Us brief, job application form, contact form, newsletter signup). This may include: name, email, phone number, job title, CV, LinkedIn profile, portfolio links, and any information you choose to include in messages to us.
We also collect standard analytics data via Google Analytics (pageviews, referrers, device type, approximate location) — this data is anonymised and aggregated.
3. How we use your data
Client brief data is used to source and recommend suitable engineering candidates for your open role. Candidate data is used to match engineers with active client mandates. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We never submit candidate profiles to clients without explicit consent.
4. Data storage and retention
Candidate and client data is stored in our applicant tracking system and encrypted email (Google Workspace). Candidate data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact unless you request earlier deletion. Client brief data is retained for the duration of the active engagement plus 12 months for tax and contractual records.
5. Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@ittechmatch.com with the subject "GDPR request" — we respond within 30 days.
6. Third parties we use
- Formspree (formspree.io) — form submission processing. Data is transmitted securely and subject to Formspree's own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics — anonymised traffic analytics.
- Google Workspace — email hosting (hello@ittechmatch.com).
- Netlify — website hosting with HTTPS.
7. Cookies
We use minimal cookies: one for Google Analytics (anonymised), and no marketing or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting site functionality.
